Thomas P. Minehan

Thomas P. Minehan received his Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Santa Clara in 1966, and his Juris Doctor from Southwestern University School of Law in 1975.  Throughout his career, Mr. Minehan has distinguished himself in the defense of insured  and self-insured entities in casualty litigation, having successfully tried dozens of jury and non-jury trials.  His range of experience is wide and includes the defense of lawsuits arising from food-borne illness, catastrophic fire losses, automobile accidents, employment disputes, and construction defect cases.  Mr. Minehan served as trial counsel throughout the entire state of California for a major industrial machine manufacturer in the defense of that entity's product liability litigation.
